All of Simply Natural products are made fresh to order.
Orders are typically processed within (5) BUSINESS days and in the order received.
Shipping may take an additional two (2) - five (5) business days to arrive.
Tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided once order is ready to ship.
Generally, you should anticipate a order to arrive up to 10 days after submitted.

Simply Natural is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please read all ingredients and test on a small patch of the skin prior to putting all over. Inquire if you have any questions. Ingredients are 100% ALL NATURAL. Fragrances are a blend of cosmetic grade synthetic fragrances and essential oils and are safe for use. Products are paraben, preservative, and phalate free.
Note: products that contain butter will melt in extreme heat. Please store in temps between 60-70 degrees. If butter melts, place in refrigerator/freezer until it hardens.
It is suggested that all products are used within 3-6 months to a year after purchase to maintain freshness as Simply Natural products contain only fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
Returns, Payments & Privacy
Contact Us should you feel dissatisfied with your Simply Natural purchase. We will make all effort to rectify any mistakes or discrepancies on the part of Simply Natural. Upon further discussion, returns will be made through PayPal AFTER the unused portion is returned to Simply Natural within 30 days of purchase.
Refund amount will be based on unused portion only. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. Simply Natural does not reimburse original shipping charges.
Customer payments are made securely thru PayPal. All bank and credit card information that is processed thru PayPal is not available to Simply Natural. Address information is used for shipping purposes only. Simply Natural does not store customer information submitted thru our contact us forum.
